Hi, we are the Griffins!

Adam Griffin is a pastor, podcaster, and author from Dallas, Texas.

Adam graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Educational Ministry degree in 2018. (he only goes by Dr. Griffin if he’s hoping for an upgrade on a flight)

Adam and Chelsea have been married since 2010. (not nearly long enough)

They met on a Monday. One year, one month, and one day later – they got married. (to each other)

They share a passion for following Jesus and making disciples.

Adam has been in vocational ministry for 20+ years. Their primary ministry is in their home with their three boys – Oscar, Gus, and Theodore. They also have a golden-doodle named Maroney. (she is not a Christian)

In 2018 the Lord led Adam to leave his role at The Village Church to plant Eastside Community Church in their neighborhood of Dallas.

When Adam isn’t pastoring or parenting or husbanding – he loves to write, podcast, and create resources for families. FamilyDiscipleship.com is a labor of love, but it is not anyone’s occupation. (so keep your expectations low for responses and posts)

Adam’s first book for parents was Family Discipleship which he co-wrote with Matt Chandler. Since then he’s launched the Family Discipleship Podcast with Training the Church and continued to create other resources for families.
